Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

Lifetime Exchange & Buy-Back Policy

We are pleased to offer a Lifetime Exchange & Buy-Back Policy on all purchases* made from OSHA Jewels. Please review the terms and conditions outlined below:

Lifetime Exchange:

You may exchange your product for another item available at OSHA Jewels. The value of the exchanged product, after deductions towards making charges, taxes, processing charge, and discounts, will be credited to your OSHA Jewels account. This value cannot be encashed.

Lifetime Buy-Back:

You have the option to return the product for buy-back. The buy-back value, after deductions, will be paid to you via online bank transfer within 15 business days of receiving the product.

Conditions:

Jewellery returned showing signs of alteration by anyone other than OSHA Jewels will not be accepted for buy-back.
We reserve the right to change the value of the product after quality inspection, providing justification for the same.

Determination of Value:

Note:

Loss of the original product certificate would result in a deduction of Rs. 1500.
Original Invoice and certificate must be produced for exchange/buyback.
OSHA Jewels products bought from stores other than OSHA Jewels Stores will not be eligible for exchange/buyback.
Buyback is not applicable on Baguettes, Tapered, and Choki diamonds.
Exchange & Buyback is not applicable on Polki, Pearl & Colored Stones.
Deductions equivalent to any discounts given during the original purchase will be applied.
Buyback of products is applicable for products purchased up to Rs.4,99,999/-
EMI purchases will have additional deductions equivalent to unpaid EMIs.

Shipping and Insurance:

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. We will deduct Rs.1000/- or actual delivery charges – whichever is higher – while determining the value.

Cancellation Policy:

Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order are entitled for full refund. Orders cancelled 24 hours after placing the order will lead to a Processing Charge of Rs. 2000 that will be borne by the customer.

Changes in Policies:

OSHA Jewels reserves the right to modify these policies at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon publishing on our website: www.oshajewels.com. Material changes will be accompanied by a notification.
