Domestic Shipping:
- OSHA Jewels offers free shipping on all orders within India.
- Shipping time for “Available in Stock Items” is 24-48 hours in Kolkata.
- All jewellery is made to order, with a standard delivery time of 21 days from order placement. Any variations in delivery time due to complexity will be communicated to customers in advance.
- Shipments will be processed upon receipt of full payment.
- Customers will be notified once the order is shipped. Any changes in delivery time will be communicated promptly.
- To maintain the element of surprise for special occasions or gifts, please inform us in advance.
- For security and insurance purposes, we may request proof of identity from the designated recipient of the parcel. Our logistics partner will deliver the parcel only to the specified person/s.
- All OSHA Jewels products are insured during transit.
- In the rare event of tampering or loss during shipment, customers must report to OSHA Jewels immediately.
- Rerouting of shipments after dispatch is not possible.
- A nominal shipping charge of 2% of the product value or the actual shipping cost charged by the logistics partner (whichever is lower) applies to any returned products.
